According to MSNBC, Amy Winehouse has undergone several medical examinations, “after fainting earlier this week”. Winehouse’s spokesman (Chris Goodman) disclosed that “Winehouse had more scans and tests Thursday”. Reportedly, Winehouse “is scheduled to sing at a June 27th concert to celebrate Nelson Mandela's 90th birthday, and is due to take part in the Glastonbury music festival the next day”. Apparently, Winehouse scheduled performances at both concerts are up in the air, due to Winehouse illness. Winehouse’s spokesman stated that her ability to perform at these scheduled events “will be made entirely on the advice of her doctors and in her best interests”. Personally, I feel Winehouse needs to take a break and return to rehab in order to address her substance abuse problem!
