Britney's Comeback!

Britney Spears surprised fans with her comeback performance at San Diego's House of Blues on Tuesday. Previously, House of Blues advertised the gig as unknown band The M+Ms, but rumors circulated that Britney was going to perform. Fans paid upward of $125 per ticket to see Britney back in action. An insider revealed that the majority of the crowd appeared to be thrilled by Britney’s performance, but some were piss because she lip-singed all the songs. Britney’s performance lasted only fifteen minutes.

According to IMDB.com, former Spice Girl star Melanie Brown is filing a lawsuit in order to force ex-Eddie Murphy to take a paternity test. Reportedly, Brown alleged that she has been unable to get in touch with Murphy since giving birth. Brown disclosed that “he's not doing a DNA test and he's not signing the birth certificate. So it's going to have to go to court so he can be forced to do it, which is strange since he was the one asking for it”.

Dannielynn Lands In Kentucky

According to IMDB.com, Dannielynn is finally on US soil. Yesterday morning, Larry Birkhead and daughter Dannielynn arrived in Louisville, Kentucky. Turns out, Birkhead and Dannielynn “were accompanied on the flight from the Bahamas to Kentucky…by a TV news crew from US show Access Hollywood”. Previously, Birkhead was involved in a nasty court battle with Anna Nicole Smith's Virgie Arthur, who recently tried to block Dannielynn from leaving the Bahamas with Birkhead.

Toastee's Sex Tape

According to TMZ, Flavor of Love 2 & Charm School fame Toastee aka Jennifer’s sex tape will soon be release. Vivid Entertainment plans to release the video on 5/16//07 and the title of the film is “Toastee Exposed”. Vivid co-chairman Steven Hirsch describes Toastee as being a “cute, energetic, and a talented contortionist”. Hirsch also states that “it's clear from the 40-minute video” that Toastee’s "enthusiasm for sex is obvious”. Previously, Toastee’s porn past was exposed on season 2 of Flavor of Love.

According to TMZ, Kim Kardashian has agreed to drop her lawsuit against Vivid Entertainment. Reportedly, Kim will receive a settlement from Vivid Entertainment close to $5 million. Vivid Entertainment’s co-chairman disclosed to TMZ that “we are pleased that Kim has dropped her legal action against us, we met with her several times and finally reached a financial arrangement that we both feel is fair”. Apparently, Kim & Ray J’s sex tape is a bestseller in both adult video stores and online markets. However, insiders indicate that Vivid Entertainment “will permanently cease distribution of the tape at the end of May”.
