Badu Charged!
According to E! Online, Erykah Badu has been charged with disorderly conduct! Reportedly, a woman filed an indecency complaint after witnessing Badu strip-down for her climactic nude scene in Window Seat video. If Badu is found guilty of disorderly conduct (a Class C misdemeanor), then she will be facing a fine. A representative from Dallas Police Department (Senior Corporal Janice Crowther) revealed to “shoot that video, they would have had to get a special-events permit from the events office, and it would have had to specify what type of filming they were doing, what subjects they would use and any traffic control they would need” Plus, Mayor Pro Tem Dwaine Caraway disclosed that if Badu had got a permit to film the video, then this wouldn’t be an issue.
