Rihanna Will Testify!
According to E! Online, Rihanna will be testifying at Chris Brown’s preliminary hearing. Reportedly, the judge overseeing the case alerted all parties that there will be a subpoena for Rihanna as a witness at the preliminary hearing. Rihanna’s attorney (Donald Etra) disclosed that she will definitely comply with the subpoena. Rihanna is scheduled to testify at the preliminary hearing in felony assault case on 6/22/09. Chris Brown also will be present at the preliminary hearing given that witnesses will be giving testimony.
