Celebrity Crimes: Christina Aguilera Arrested!
According to E! Online, Christina Aguilera & Matthew Rutler (boyfriend) were arrested! Aguilera was charged with public intoxication and Rutler was charged with driving under the influence; both charges are misdemeanors. According to Los Angeles Sheriff's department spokesman (Steve Whitmore), “Rutler was behind the wheel when Los Angeles Sheriff's deputies pulled them over; authorities deemed Aguilera extremely intoxicated and too sloppy to drive home so she and Rutler were hauled into the West Hollywood station to dry out”.
