According to E! Online, Britney Spears' people addresses the sex tape rumor! Spears' camp disclosed that "the story is completely false". Reportedly, ex-Adnan Ghalib confirmed to Heat magazine that he has a sex tape of himself with the Spears. At this point, it wouldn't surprise me, if the sex tape does exist.
