Officially Over!

According to E! Online, Usher’s divorce to Tameka Foster was finalized on 11/4/09. The couple allegedly had lived apart for nearly a year prior to Usher filing for divorce in June. Reportedly, Usher had filed for joint custody of their two children (Usher Raymond V & Naviyd Ely Raymond); however the custody arrangements haven’t been made public at this time.
