to IMDB, arrest made in death of Usher's stepson. Jeffrey S. Hubbard was charged with homicide
for allegedly running over Tameka Foster's son on a Jet Ski in Georgia. Reportedly, Hubbard was indicted “by a Hall Grand
Jury on the charges as follows: Homicide by Vessel, Serious Injury by Vessel,
Reckless Operation of Vessel, and Unlawful Operation of Pwc and Boat Traffic
Violation”.
