According to E! Online, Brandy is being sued again. Donald Lite claims that he sustained injures in the multicar pileup accident that Brandy was involved in 2006. Reportedly, Donald Lite filed documents with Los Angeles Superior Court on 12/8/08; the documents alleges he "suffered serious and permanent injuries all of which have caused as a result of excessive speed on the part of Brandy and Awatef Aboudihaj and their failure to properly maintain a safe distance from each other".

According to MCArchives, Mariah Carey has hired new management. Jim Sabey has been named as Mariah’s new manager; he is the former Sony BMG executive. In September, Mariah ended her business relationship with Benny Medina. Reportedly, “Sabey worked with Carey in his role as SVP of international at Sony BMG, where he also worked with the likes of Destiny's Child and Beyonce”.
