Britney Gets More!

According to IMDB.com, Judge grants Britney Spears overnight visits with her sons. Reportedly, Spears’ lawyer (Anne Kiley) requested an emergency hearing in order “to readdress her client's custody arrangement after she lost physical custody” of two children (Sean Preston & Jayden James). The court spokesperson (Allan Parachini) revealed that Spears presence at the hearing “prompted the judge to modify his custody decision from last week. Parachini claims Spears was respectful when she spoke to the judge, who appeared to empathize with the young mom”. I am so happy that Britney is finally getting her shit together!

Husband Beater?

According to IMDB.com, Kevin Federline alleged that Britney Spears was a husband beater. Reportedly, insiders suggest that “a court-imposed order for Spears not to use corporal punishment on the couple's sons stem from claims Federline has made that he was attacked by his wife during their two-year marriage”. Furthermore, a source disclosed to America's Life & Style magazine that “Kevin asked for that (in the custody case) because he's sacred she'll hit the kids... Kevin says she hit him several times during their marriage”. Nonetheless, Spears source suggest “this is just another attempt to make Britney look like a bad mom”. Personally, it's just hard for me to believe that Britney was a husband beater; I really just believe K-Fed is trying to make his Ex look as bad as possible, so he can secure his income.

Heart Attack!

According to IMDB.com, Bobby Brown allegedly had a mild heart attack. Reportedly, Brown “felt chest pain and tingling in his arm on Tuesday afternoon and was taken to Tarzana Regional Medical Center in California by his manager/girlfriend Alicia Etheredge”. Brown’s spokeswoman Paedra Parks revealed he has been recovering nicely. Furthermore, “Brown is expected to be discharged from hospital later on Wednesday and still hopes to perform at the V100 Taste Of Soul concert in Los Angeles on Saturday”.

With A Child!

According to IMDB.com, Pamela Anderson is pregnant. Reportedly, the father of Anderson’s child is her new husband Rick Salomon. Apparently, Anderson found out she was two months pregnant “the same day she and Salomon applied for a wedding license” on 9/29/07. An insider revealed to In Touch Weekly magazine that Anderson was “thrilled with the news and thinks she's has found the right guy to enjoy the rest of her life with after two failed marriages… She's listening to her heart. Rick adores her and will be the best husband she's ever had. Pam says that after all these years of looking, the right one was right there beside her the whole time”.

Things Aren’t Always What They Appear To Be?

According to TMZ, Britney Spears has passed her court ordered drug test over the weekend. Apparently, Spears has been having visits with her children, while a parenting coach was present and things have been going well. “She has visitation from morning till early evening. Spears also had similar visitation yesterday and last Saturday, and she has accepted the fact that the parenting coach, Lisa Hacker, will be watching and making suggestions”. Insiders suggest that Spears has finally come to terms with Court Commissioner Scott Gordon’s order.

More Court Drama For Britney!

According to IMDB.com, Britney Spears is heading back to court sooner than expected! Reportedly, a Los Angeles County judge has ruled that Spears be booked for the on-camera hit & run that took place in a parking lot on 8/6/07. Apparently, the victim (Kim Robard-Rifkin) decided to press charges against Spears, after Spears allegedly failed to answer “her pleas to get in touch and accept responsibility for the damage she caused”. At this point, Spears' attorney (Michael Flanagan) is attempting to work out a deal and/or reach a settlement with Robard-Rifkin.

According to IMDB.com, Lindsay Lohan has checked out of Cirque Lodge facility. Lohan checked into Cirque Lodge facility in early August in order to deal with her substance abuse problem “following two drink-driving charges earlier this year”. At this point, I just hope that Lohan has gotten the help that she desperately needed and is finally ready to return to the spotlight.

Britney Must Attend Counseling Sessions With K-Fed

According to IMDB.com, Los Angeles Superior Court Commissioner Scott Gordon has ordered Britney Spears and ex-husband Kevin Federline to complete three joint counseling sessions. Furthermore, they must complete these joint counseling sessions before their next child custody hearing on 10/26/07. If Spears fails to abide by the strict drug testing regulations, then her visitation privileges with her two kids will be taken away. In addition, court documents revealed that Gordon stated at the custody hearing that “a missed (drug) test, refusal to submit to a test, or failure to respond to the testing agency's call... shall be deemed by the court as a failed test. At the closed hearing, the judge added that a court-imposed monitor "shall terminate visitation immediately if any conduct or action by (Spears) endangers the minor children”.

Britney Gets Supervised Visitation!

According to IMDB.com, a Los Angeles judge gives Britney Spears supervised visitation with her sons. Reportedly, “the temporary ruling was made at a closed-door court session which lasted three hours on Wednesday afternoon. Spears didn't attend, although Federline showed up sporting an eye patch. Federline, wearing a pinstriped suit and sunglasses, refused to speak to reporters as he left court”. The court spokesperson (Allan Parachini) revealed that “Britney's access to her kids works out to about every other day”. IMDB.com suggests that “Spears lost custody of her sons at a hearing on Monday, after failing to hand in a valid California driving license. She was issued with an interim license from the California Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) on Tuesday”. At this point, Spears and ex- husband Kevin Federline are scheduled to appear in court on 10/26/07.

Britney Loses Kids!

According to IMDB.com, Britney Spears loses physical custody of her children. Los Angeles County Judge Scott Gordon ruled that Kevin Federline will retain full custody of Sean Preston and Jayden James' effective 10/3/07. Reportedly, Federline's Mark Vincent Kaplan “raised concerns about Spears' qualities as a mother after she was spotted driving without a license over the weekend while her children were in the car”, during the emergency hearing. Apparently, “Kaplan also brought up Spears' driving without a license charge from August 6, when she was involved in an alleged hit-and-run motoring offence after crashing into a parked car in the San Fernando Valley”. What made matters worse was that Spears may not have been abiding by Judge Scott Gordon initial ruling; enrolled in parenting classes and complete drug testing.

Getting Married!

According to IMDB.com, Pamela Anderson & Rick Salomon obtained a marriage license in Las Vegas on 9/29/07. You may remember Salomon from his infamous sex tape with Paris Hilton and marriage to Shannon Doherty. Previously, Anderson revealed on the Ellen DeGeneres show that “she had fallen in love with a poker player who offered to pay off her $250,000 gambling debt for a night of sex. Anderson refused to name names, but candidly told DeGeneres that she eventually succumbed to the rich fan's offer… It worked out, I liked it... I paid off a poker debt with sexual favors and fell in love. It's so romantic”. This will be both Anderson & Salomon third marriage.
