According to IMDB.com, Nicole Richie’s legal team postponed trial again. Apparently, Richie was scheduled to appear in court on 6/11/07 in relation to December 2006 arrest for DUI. Yet, “a judge has instead ordered lawyers to return to court on Wednesday to debate when the hearing can be held”. The spokeswoman (Jane Robison) for Los Angeles County District Attorney's Office stated that “the trial will not happen on Wednesday.
