According to Billboard.com, Michael Jackson's This Is It concert movie has grossed $200 million at box offices worldwide. This Is It concert movie is now the 22nd biggest grossing movie worldwide of 2009. So far, Sony Pictures Entertainment has made $140 million profit in the first two weeks of the film release. Previously, Sony Pictures Entertainment paid AEG & Jackson's estate “about $60 million for the right to make and distribute the movie”.
