Splitsville!
According to E! Online, Jennifer Lopez & Marc Anthony are getting a divorce. What’s interesting was that no one saw this coming given that the couple appeared happy together; looks can be deceiving! Lopez & Anthony have been married for seven years and share two children together. The couple released a statement stating: “We have decided to end our marriage….This was a very difficult decision. We have come to amicable conclusion on all matters. It is a painful time for all involved and we appreciate the respect of our privacy at this time”. Only time will tell the real reason behind the split.
Daddy Knows Best!
According to Billboard.com, Mathew Knowles has filed papers against members of Beyonce's camp, Jay-Z's Roc Nation, Columbia Records, & Live Nation in a Texas court for alleged negative comments made about him. Recently, rumors surfaced that the real reason Beyonce fired her father as her manager because he supposedly misappropriated the singer’s money. Mr. Knowles disclosed to the Associated Press that “we absolutely have not taken any money from Beyonce, and all dollars will be accounted for…In no way have we stole money. Again, this about the people who have made these claims - they have to come into the light”. Reportedly, Mr. Knowles blames Columbia Records & Beyonce's camp for lack of 4 album’s success; he states that “they put out the record in a vacuum….her success came despite setbacks….It makes you believe that there are some artists that don't need radio. There are some records that don't need a record label, and Beyonce is one of those artists”.
