I'm Gonna Sue Your Ass!

According to IMDB.com, Eddie Murphy is allegedly threatening to sue Spice Girl, Melanie Brown. Apparently, Murphy feels that Mel B. is trying defamation and extort him for his money. Murphy's legal team has “issued a cease and desist against Brown, demanding she stops using his name in press interviews”. Murphy's attorney (Marty Singer) revealed that Mel B. is demanding “that he buy her a $9 million home in Malibu, California and allow her to live in it for the next 18 years. Brown and Murphy are embroiled in a bitter battle over child support payments for their four-month-old daughter”.
