According to IMDB.com, there’s a strong possibility that Brandy may not be “charges of misdemeanor vehicular manslaughter... if officials decide not to take the singer to court”. Apparently, allegedly there’s split decision on whether or not the Los Angeles authorities will require Brandy to take the stand while they await technical data to reveal how fast the singer…was driving when her vehicle. TMZ suggest that “prosecutors will decide whether or not to press charges after receiving the information”. At this point, if Brandy case goes to court and the jury convicts her of misdemeanor vehicular manslaughter, then she’s only facing a fine of $1,000 and a possible jail sentence of one year.
