According to TMZ, a woman is scheduled to testify at R. Kelly trial that she allegedly had a three-way with the alleged victim and R. Kelly today. Furthermore, the woman “is expected to ID the girl on the pee-pee tape and to verify that she was a minor at the time”. Reportedly, R. Kelly’s defense team attempted to remove her “from the witness list completely, but the judge nixed that”. Yesterday, an unidentified woman testified at R.
