According to Eonline.com, R. Kelly’s attorneys have filed a sealed motion “to postpone Kelly's upcoming trial on child-pornography charges”. R. Kelly’s legal team allegedly requested the postponement, due to the “torrent of publicity already surrounding the case”. Reportedly, despite the fact that a gag order was imposed on the R. Kelly’s case, details surrounding the proceedings was leaked to the Chicago Sun-Times.
