According to E! Online, Kanye West has been released from police custody following his incident with the Paparazzi at LAX. Reportedly, West and Don Crowley(Road Manager) "were booked with felony vandalism after smashing a TMZ shooter's video camera at LAX". Moreover, West was released on $20,000 bail. At this time, West and Crowley has yet to be charge for the incident; pending the outcome of the Los Angeles District Attorney's Office investigation will ultimately decide whether West and Crowley will be facing charges. Nonetheless, West is scheduled to appear in court on 10/2/08.
