DUI

According to 93.9 Kiss, Miguel was arrested for DUI.  Reportedly, Miguel was stopped by California Highway Patrol for speeding and tinted windows next to an L.A. freeway around 2:15 am on Friday. California Highway Patrol officers noticed he reeked of booze.  Miguel was arrested for DUI, after he failed various sobriety tests. He released a few hours later on $5,000 bail.  Miguel is scheduled to appear in court in September.
