According to TMZ, Virgie Arthur has filed an appeal to block Larry Birkhead's ability to take Dannielynn back to the States. Apparently, Arthur objected to a judge's ruling, which allows Birkhead to take Dannielynn out of the Bahamas. At this point, no one really understands why Arthur would want to block Dannielynn’s ability to travel to the States, due to the fact that Arthur is a US citizen. Furthermore, Arthur previously insisted on taking Anna and Daniel back to the States in order to be buried in Texas. The public court hearing is scheduled for tomorrow.
