No More Alcohol For Morgan!

According to IMDB.com, Tracy Morgan has been order to wear a Remote Alcohol Monitoring (SCRAM) device by a Los Angeles judge. Under the conditions of Morgan’s release, he is required to enter a doctor-supervised alcohol program as well as “avoid being arrested again for six months”. Reportedly, “if Morgan test positive for alcohol use, he will have to start the 90 day period again”, where he will have to wear his SCRAM device. “If he tests positive twice he will be sent to jail for 30 days”. Plus, Morgan is required to complete five days of community service. Previously, Morgan had pleaded guilty in November 2006 to drunk-driving. Morgan’s next court date is scheduled for 5/25/07. Apparently, Morgan will receive his SCRAM device on that day.
