Reportedly, Ms. Barrymore “will pose for and act as a consultant for a new CoverGirl campaign, which is expected to debut at the beginning of 2008”. Drew revealed that “I want to honor the tradition of CoverGirl but hopefully bring myself and my personality into it”. CoverGirl Cosmetics vice president & general manager Esi Eggleston Bracey disclosed that "we partnered with Drew because she emulates the iconic image of CoverGirl with her fresh, natural beauty and energetic yet authentic spirit."
