According to TMZ, Brandy is being sued by the parents of the woman, who was killed in the car crash. The family filed court papers today and they are seeking compensatory and punitive damages in the amount of $50,000,000.

That family is just crazy; it’s no way in hell that they are going to get that much money. I understand that they are upset and feel it’s her fault, but they need to realize that it was an accident.

Paris Files A Lawsuit

According to TMZ, Paris Hilton has filed a Federal lawsuit against the website Parisexposed.com. Parisexposed.com is a subscription website, which gives people access to Paris’ sex photos/videos, highly-sensitive medical records, diary entries, as well as audiotapes of her conversations for a fee. The owner of the site, Bardia Persa purchased Paris’ item at an auction for $10,000,000. At this time, Paris is seeking compensatory and punitive damages because Parisexposed.com are using her personal belongings for profit and/or commercial purposes, which is a violation of Paris' right to privacy as well as Federal Copyright laws. Furthermore, Paris is also requesting a restraining order and an injunction.

Investigation Revealed Brandy Caused The Crash

According to IMDB.com, the Los Angeles City Attorney has recommended that Brandy be charged with misdemeanor vehicular manslaughter following the Los Angeles police officials investigating the crash. The investigation revealed that Brandy was responsible for the crash, due to the fact that she “reportedly failed to see traffic slowing in front of her while driving along the 405 freeway on December 30 and collided with a Toyota in front of her”. Ultimately, the collision initiated a series of accidents, which resulted in a woman being killed. Recently, Brandy has issued a public apology in relation to the crash.

According to Billboard.com, Young Buck aka David Darnell Brown was arrested last Friday on an outstanding warrant for failing to appear in court on a previous driving violation. It was reported that Young Buck was stopped by a Nashville police officer, after the officer observed Buck weaving his vehicle near downtown Nashville. Later, Buck was released on $1,000 bond; the rapper is scheduled to appear in court on 2/27/07.

According to IMDB.com, Tyra Banks amazed and shocked by the attention that she’s getting over her weight gain. When photos of Tyra wearing a bathing suit on the beach during recent trip to Australia surfaced, people begins talking about how big Tyra has gotten. It was alleged that Tyra was 200 pounds. However, the Tyra insisted that she only weight 161 pounds and she has only gain 30 pounds, since retiring from modeling.

Wonderland Residents Pissed With Lohan

According to IMDB.com, residents of the Wonderland center rehab facility where Lindsay Lohan is seeking treatment are apparently upset with the actress/singer for allegedly treating the facility like a hotel. Residents are outrage that the facility allows Lohan to take breaks from treatment in order to shop and her Mercedes serviced. Plus, Lohan’s makeup artist, masseur, and hairstylist regularly visit the star at the facility. Residents cry out that Lohan shouldn’t be allowed special treatment. However, Lohan’s publicist insist that the star is “taking rehab seriously, and the criticism is unwarranted”. Lohan’s publicist goes on to say that "Lindsay is 100 percent not getting special treatment. She's getting the same as everyone else. This isn't the Betty Ford Clinic; it's not a lockdown facility. There is personal time. All these naysayers who keep blogging and speaking out... they don't know what she's going through, they're not there. They shouldn't speak until they've gone through something like that."

Kidman Crashes

According to IMDB.com, Nicole Kidman was involved in a car accident, while on the set of her latest film,” The Invasion”. It was reported that the “actress was filming a scene in which she was driving a Jaguar, trying to escape zombie-like characters who were hanging off the hood, when the accident happened. The vehicle was being towed by a rig in order to give the appearance that the actress was actually driving the car. The stunt driver operating the rig lost control while turning a corner, causing Kidman's car to hit a pole and knock over a garbage can”. Both Kidman and her co-star, 10-year-old Jackson Bond were wearing their seatbelts during the accident. The film crew immediately wrapped a blanket around Kidman. Subsequently, paramedics arrived and checked Kidman and her co-star for injuries. Kidman was driven to Cedars Sinai Medical Centerand was released two hours later. A witness stated that Kidman’s son and her husband was on the set during the time of the accident. Furthermore, Kidman resumed filming later that night.

According to TMZ, Brandy was involved in a fatal car crash on 12/30/06 at 10:30 am, which resulted in someone being killed. Law enforcement stated that “Brandy was driving her 2007 Land Rover at 65 mph and did not notice that cars in front of her had slowed considerably. We're told Brandy's vehicle struck a 2005 Toyota. The Toyota then hit a 1989 Toyota. The 2005 Toyota then slid sideways and hit the center divider. As the 2005 Toyota came to a halt, it was struck by a 1988 Acura”. Witness stated that Brandy was very upset and she repeatedly blamed herself at the scene of the accident; "she got upset, talking about how it was all her fault ... she didn't stop, kept saying how she hit the lady".

Dreamgirls Gets 8 Oscar Nominations, But Not For Best Picture

In my opinion, I feel that Dreamgirls should have been nominated for Best Picture; it was the best movie that came out in 2006. I hate using the race card, but if Dreamgirls had a Caucasian cast, then it would have been nominated. Plus, the promotion for this movie was poor in comparison to other past Paramount films. Rocky was in more theaters then this film; does anyone else see a problem with that?

According IMDB.com, Isaiah Washington is on the verge of being fired from Grey's Anatomy, due to the incident at the Golden Globes, where Washington was caught using the F word again. Paris Gets A Slap On The Wrist

According to TMZ, Paris Hilton has entered a plea in her DUI case on 1/22/07. Despite the fact that Paris not be present during the hearing, the judge placed her on 36 months probation as well as ordered the heiress to attend an alcohol education program. However, the judge did give her the option of completing probation in 24 months with the stipulation that she must complete In addition to that, Paris was ordered by the judge to pay a fine of $390 as well as penalty assessments; Paris total out of pocket expense is $1450. Paris’ lawyers stated that at this time she would rather fold than fight the case during the hearing.

Anna Fights Court Order

According to TMZ, Anna Nicole Smith and lawyers are trying to do everything in there power to block the DNA test for her daughter, Dannielynn. Despite the fact that a Los Angeles Superior Court judge ordered the paternity test, Anna’s lawyers are stated that until a Bahamian judge gives it a stamp of approval, then Anna is not legally obliged to submit DNA of her daughter, Dannielynn. Originally, the Los Angeles Superior Court judge ordered Anna to submit DNA of Dannielynn by 1/23/07. Is it me or does it looks like Anna has something to hide. Why in the hell would a person with half a brain waste all that money on attorney fees in order to prevent a paternity test unless they got something to hide? I guess she doesn’t want the world to know that she’s a big liar.
