Parisexposed.com is a subscription website, which gives people access to Paris’ sex photos/videos, highly-sensitive medical records, diary entries, as well as audiotapes of her conversations for a fee. The owner of the site, Bardia Persa purchased
Paris’ item at an auction for $10,000,000. At this time, Paris is seeking compensatory and punitive damages because Parisexposed.com are using her personal belongings for profit and/or commercial purposes, which is a violation of Paris' right to privacy as well as Federal Copyright laws. Paris is also requesting a restraining order and an injunction.
