Tanya Milner has filed a law suit against Oprah Winfrey's studio; Milner alleged that she was pushed down some stairs by people rushing to get a seat before the taping of Oprah’ talk show. At this time, Milner is seeking $50,000 in damages for injuries that she sustained.
