Plus, the ex-couple will share joint custody; “sharing physical custody 50/50”. I know that Britney’s jumping for joy that K-Fed won’t be walking away with a big settlement.

According to TMZ, a bench warrant has been issued for the arrest of Foxy Brown. Turns out, Judge Lazurus issued warrant because Foxy failed to attend her court hearing today on battery charges, which stems from the incident at the Britney Checks Out

According to IMDB.com, Vivica A. Fox was arrested late Tuesday night on suspicion of drunk driving. Vivica was stopped by the police for speeding on the 101 freeway. Sources revealed that Britney and K-Fed had an "amazing meeting" on Sunday. They are getting along better. Plus, they are in the process of hammering out a custody agreement, where Britney and K-Fed will share “a 50/50 split with physical custody of their two children" when she gets out. As part of the deal, Ray J wouldn’t be required to take it off for the cameras again, instead he will be directing.
