According to TMZ, Vivid Entertainment is going to move forward with release of the "Kim Kardashian Superstar", despite Kim's pending lawsuit. "Kim Kardashian Superstar" will hit stores on 3/21/07. Turns out, Co-Chairman of Vivid (Steven Hirsch) met briefly with Kim & her manager in order to come to an agreement. Unfortunately, nothing was resolved. Kim’s representative revealed that a meeting did take place and that the lawsuit against Vivid Entertainment is still active. Furthermore, Kim will "continue to vigorously defend and protect her legal rights". Nonetheless, Vivid Entertainment revealed that a preview clip of the sex tape will be available next week on www.kimksuperstar.com.
