According to IMDB.com, Paris Hilton could face 90-days in jail for violating the terms of her probation. Turns out,
Paris was pulled over by police Tuesday night on Sunset Boulevard for driving without her headlights on. Apparently,
Paris isn’t supposed to be driving, due to her license being suspended in relation to her DUI arrest last September.
Paris’ publicist insisted that the hotel heiress wasn’t aware that her license had been suspended; yeah right! A spokesman for Los Angeles City Attorney's Office revealed that "we have sufficient evidence to prove that Hilton had knowledge of the suspension, and yet continued to drive".
Paris’ court hearing has been scheduled for 4/17/07.
