According to IMDB.com, Tori Spelling has given birth to a son yesterday at Cedars-Sinai Hospital in Los Angeles; the baby weighted 6 pounds and 6 ounce. Tori and husband Dean McDermott named their son Liam Aaron McDermott in memory of late media mogul Aaron Spelling.
