According to TMZ, Britney Spears and Paris Hilton topped 2007 list of Most Foolish Americans. George W. Bush, Mel Gibson, Michael Jackson, and O.J. Simpson also made this year’s list. Jeff Barge and the Opinion Research Group conducted this poll, which was done in honor of April fool’s day.
