Terrence Howard is officially a single man.  Howard and ex-wife Michelle Howard have finally reach a financial settlement in their divorce.   According to the divorce docs, Howard is required to pay $6,000 in spousal support (monthly) and his ex will get to keep many household items and a BMW.  Also, Howard “will keep two properties in Pennsylvania as well as his Jeep and Range Rover.”
