According to IMDB.com, Los Angeles police are investigating Diddy for allegedly assaulting Gerard Rechnitzer at Roosevelt Hotel’s Oscar party on Sunday night. Gerard Rechnitzer alleged that Diddy punched him in the jaw because he objected to Diddy's attempts to get cozy with his fiancée and invite her to a private party as he returned from the restroom.
