According to IMDB.com, Sylvester Stallone was stopped and detained by customs officials in Australia, due to the fact that the X-ray detected suspicious substance in his luggage. The item in question is alleged at this point to be a type of human growth hormone. Stallone was in Sydney for Rocky Balboa’s premiere. Unfortunately, this incident forced Stallone to miss the film's premiere. Just three days after confiscating illegal substances at the airport, the Australia authorities searched Stallone’s room at Park Hyatt hotel and his private jet for more illegal substances. It was alleged that when the Australia authorities arrived at Stallone’s room, Stallone and his entourage were “seen throwing things out the windows of their hotel room”. Furthermore, “the search of the room allegedly resulted in additional evidence being seized”. Nevertheless, Stallone and his entourage were allowed to leave Australia, however it was revealed that there is still an ongoing investigation regarding the incident. Plus, a Customs Service spokesman stated that "there is a range of options we can pursue in these circumstances”.
