Will Anna's Body Be Release Soon?

According to TMZ, a Florida judge has ruled that he won’t release Anna Nicole Smith’ body until he can determine the next of kin. Previously, a California judge withdrew his ruling that Anna Nicole Smith's body be put on a 10-day hold. At this point, Anna’s mother has the strongest claim to Anna’s body because she’s a blood relative.
