The Fight Ain't Over Till The Fat Lady Sings

According to TMZ, a Florida appeals court released a statement on 2/26/07 revealing that the fight over Anna Nicole Smith’s body it’s over by a long shot. Despite the fact that Judge Larry Seidlin denied Virgie Arthur’s motion, requesting that he reconsider his prior ruling, the 4th Circuit Court of Appeals has agreed to hold a hearing in order to review Arthur's challenge. At this point, Anna Nicole’s body won’t be buried anytime soon.
