In a surprise twist, Circuit Judge Larry Seidlin has ordered that more DNA samples be taken from Anna’s body, due to concerns of a baby switching scheme. Larry Birkhead’s lawyers believes that Anna’s DNA is needed in order to directly link her to Dannielynn as well as prevent any baby switching scheme. The judge has also warned Larry Birkhead, Howard K. Stern, and Virgie Arthur (Anna’s mother) that "we're going to have hearings -- as many hearings as we need…This is just a warm-up."
