Who Served Lindsay Lohan Alcohol?

According to IMDB.com, California officials are investigating who illegally served alcohol to Lindsay Lohan before her car crash on 5/26/07. “John Carr, a spokesperson for California's Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control (ABC), has confirmed his agency is investigating whether there is evidence Lohan and other youths were served alcohol illegally, and whether they were served drinks after hours. Les Deux has issued the following statement: We have and will continue to work closely with the ABC to make sure alcohol is consumed by responsible people of the legal drinking age, in a responsible manner”. Apparently, “Lohan was spotted partying in West Hollywood nightclub Les Deux” and TMZ alleged that they “have video footage of the actress leaving the venue at around 3:30am on Saturday morning - an hour and a half after closing time”.

Brandy's Car Crash Drama

According to IMDB.com, Brandy is suing the driver (Mallory Ham) that she alleged caused the accident, which resulted in the dead of a mother-of-two in the car crash that took place on 12/30/06. Brandy “is facing possible charges of misdemeanor vehicular manslaughter after her car ploughed into 38-year-old Awatef Aboudihaj's Toyota Corolla on the San Diego Freeway in California on” 12/30/06. Apparently, Mallory Ham filed a lawsuit against Brandy “on Friday, accusing the star of driving in a "recklessly wantonly, unlawfully, and maliciously" manner and claims she was left "severely injured" following the collision”. Ham’s actions lead Brandy to “filed a suit in Los Angeles Superior Court, accusing Ham of causing the accident, and also denies the allegations in the latter's lawsuit. Norwood's lawyer Edwin McPherson says, she’s just responding to pieces of litigation as they come in and doesn't want to comment at this time”.

Prison Break Star Pleads Guilty!

According to IMDB.com, former Prison Break star Lane Garrison pleads guilty. Yesterday, Garrison pleaded guilty to vehicular manslaughter without gross negligence, driving under the influence, as well as to providing alcohol to a minor. Garrison could face “a maximum prison sentence of six years and eight months”. At this time, Garrison is scheduled to appear in court on 8/2/07. In December 2006, Garrison was involved in a car accident, which resulted in the death of Vahagn Sedian. “Vahagn Sedian was a passenger in Garrison's Land Rover when the actor lost control of the vehicle and crashed after leaving a pre-Christmas party last year. The 17-year-old was later pronounced dead in hospital. The police report states Garrison's blood alcohol level was more than twice the legal limit”. Paris Will Only Do 23 Days In Jail!

According to IMDB.com, Paris Hilton will only have serve 23 days of her sentence for violating her probation. Reportedly, “the Los Angeles Sheriff's Department has announced. Hilton received a 45 day sentence earlier this month, but officials last week said she might be processed in and out of jail within hours due to overcrowding”. Yet, Steve Whitmore revealed yesterday that “the Sheriff's Department is announcing that Ms. Hilton will do a minimum of 23 days in jail. The possibility that she will be processed in and out in a day is over. She will do her full time, minus 22 days because of a state jail policy encouraging good inmate behavior”. At this point, Hilton’s attorney is currently in the process of appealing the 45 day jail sentence.

Apparently, DiCaprio’s neighbors alleged that their property was damaged as the result of DiCaprio building a basketball court. They also claim he excavated earth, granite and bedrock, destabilizing their deck and swimming pool, and ignore their repeated requests to halt construction”.
