According to IMDB.com, Brandy is suing the driver (Mallory Ham) that she alleged caused the accident, which resulted in the dead of a mother-of-two in the car crash that took place on 12/30/06. Brandy “is facing possible charges of misdemeanor vehicular manslaughter after her car ploughed into 38-year-old Awatef Aboudihaj's Toyota Corolla on the San Diego Freeway in California on” 12/30/06. Apparently, Mallory Ham filed a lawsuit against Brandy “on Friday, accusing the star of driving in a "recklessly wantonly, unlawfully, and maliciously" manner and claims she was left "severely injured" following the collision”.
