According to IMDB.com, Paris Hilton appealed the Los Angeles Superior Court ruling. Hilton’s attorney has “filed a one-page notice of appeal after her Los Angeles Superior Court hearing on Friday. The notice is the first stage towards an appeal and does not automatically guarantee one will take place”. Apparently, Hilton has fired her representative (Elliot Mintz) because she believed that he provided her with misinformation regarding her license being suspended. At this point, Hilton is scheduled to begin her 45 days jail sentence on 6/5/07 at the Tuesday, May 8, 2007
