According to TMZ, Paris Hilton is in some big trouble with Los Angeles City Attorney. Apparently, the Los Angeles City Attorney has filed papers with the court in order to request that Hilton spend 45 days in jail for probation violation as well as require Hilton to wear a Secure Continuous Remote Alcohol Monitoring (SCRAM) device at her expense for 90 days. Recently, Hilton was caught driving with a suspended license. Hilton is scheduled to appear in court today.
