According to IMDB.com, Lindsay Lohan is being sued for allegedly injuring a photographer with her mother's car. Giovanni Arnold filed legal papers indicated that Lohan was “negligent, careless and reckless, while driving a BMW on March 13 in New York... Arnold claims he sustained severe and permanent personal injuries”. Also, Arnold disclosed that he was “financially disadvantaged as a result” of the accident; “the suit also names Lohan's mother Dina, but doesn't specify the amount in damages being sought”. Apparently, there was no accident report filed at “the time of the alleged” accident. Yet, police were present, when the events took place.
